RECIPE OF KETO FRIENDLY FLOURLESS FRIED RADISH CAKE

  Ingredients: 291g White radish 1Tablespoon of Oil 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic 1 drop of Stevia 8g Sweetener ¼ tsp Ground pepper ¼ tsp Salt 15g Oat fiber Psyllium 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg Method: Cook the grated radish with garlic and some dried shrimp (optional) until soft then set aside. In another bowl, weight Oat Fiber + Psyllium Husks. (Mix well) Beat 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg in a bowl until combine, add 1 drop of Stevia, and also pepper and salt. Add (3) to (2). Place in a heat proof container, wrap with cling foil, and steam for 30 minutes. AIRFRY CRISPY SALMON FISH SKIN (KETO FRIENDLY) 生酮香脆三文鱼皮

Dear friends, If you have realized, crispy fish skin is a snack trend now. We will see crispy fish skin snack everywhere nowadays. Not sure how many of you like these crispy snacks. But I heard the Salted egg yolks version are very addictive and also very expensive, it cost RM 35 per pack. (Really costly) In our family, we don't really eat salted egg. Hence i have came out with my own version of crispy fish skin. And most importantly, I know what type of ingredients I have added in and where my fish skins are from. I am delighted to share with all of you my version of Airfry Salmon Skin. I am very glad that I have got some Salmon skin from a vendor who air-flown their Salmon directly from Japan. I have bought 1 kg. Now I regret, should buy more instead of 1kg, as it is too delicious. You will not stop with only 1 piece. RECIPE OF UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE 无糖巧克力

To make this bitter chocolate when you crave for chocolate. Please note it will not taste as good as store bought chocolate. Yield 22 Chocolates. Each about 56 Cal. Ingredients: 1//2 cup of unsalted butter 1/4 cup of cocoa powder 1/4 cup of VCO 1 teaspoon of Stevia (optional, I didn't put any sweetener in it) Method: Mix all the above ingredients until it has well corporated. Then pour into any mould. As for me, I have used cupcakes liners for it.  Freeze in the fridge. Have one when you are on your Keto diet, and its only 56 cal per piece! RECIPE OF CHINESE STYLE BAKED BUNS (SIEW BAO) WITH BBQ SWEET PORK (CHAR SIEW) 烧包

The best part about homemade is we can place any ingredients we like. Ingredients: Outer Dough 100gram flour 1 tbsp sugar 30 gram butter 50 ml water Oil Dough 80 gram flour 50 gram shortening Fillings 2 Gloves of Garlic 1 Sharlot Some Mince meat (Didn't measure, RM 2.50 worth of mince meat) 2 tablespoon of Corn (As we don't take green pea) 1 tbsp of Char Siew Sauce 1 tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce Egg wash 1 egg + pinch of salt Method: How to cook filling: Heat up wok, add 1 tablespoon of oil, fry garlic, and shallot until fragrance. Add mincemeat and corn, fry until mincemeat is cooked. Add Char Siew Sauce and Dark Soy sauce. Fry for another 1 minutes. The Outer Crust: Add flour, butter, sugar, water in a big mixing bowl and form a dough ( outer dough ) Add flour, shortening to form a dough. ( Oil dough ) Now we are having 2 doughs. Ingredients: 2 Potatoes 2 chicken ham 2 hard boiled eggs Salad Dressing: 3 tbsp of Mayonnaise 1 tsp of lemon juice 1/2 tbsp of Mustard Sauce (Optional) 1 tsp of Italian herbs Method: Boiled potatoes and eggs for 15 minutes. Peeled potatoes and eggs. Set aside. Dry fried ham for about 3 minutes. (This step is optional, as ham already cooked) Combine salad dressing and mixed well. RECIPE OF SAVORY CURRY SNAIL BISCUITS (VEGETARIAN) 咸蜗牛饼食谱 (素)

 Curry cornflakes, raisins, cashew nuts, snail biscuits mixed. Ingredients: 150 grams of plain flour 1 tablespoon of curry powder 1 tablespoon of vegetarian dried shrimp 55 gram of Butter 38 gram of Water 1 egg Salt to taste 2 stalks of curry leaves 3 cloves of garlic Method: 1.Use a blender, to blend garlic, curry leaves and some vegetarian dried shrimp. 2.Mixed flour and curry powder, salt by using a spatula. 3.Followed by curry leaves, garlic and dried shrimp. 4.Add egg and melted butter. 5.Add water bit by bit, until all the above ingredients has fully incorporated. 6.Flatten the dough and cut into small square. 7.Roll the dough by using pattern board.  8.Place in airfryer and fried for 15-20 minutes @ 180 C. RECIPE FOR BAKED CRISPY CRAB CHIPS 香烤蟹柳条

This crab sticks recipe is rather easy to prepare as long as you have an oven. My kids have finished 1/2 of the bottle within half day. Definitely not as tasty as those purchase outside, but it is definitely healthier way to prepare this snack during CNY and any other event.  Ingredient: 1 pack of crab sticks Method: 1. Cut the crab sticks into your desired size. 2. Spread evenly on tray. (Place a piece of baking paper on your tray before putting in the crab sticks) 3. Baked at 130 C for 30 minutes (Use a chopsticks to stir to make sure crab sticks are baked evenly); followed by 140 C for 15 minutes; 160C for another 15 minutes or until your desired crispiness. 4. RECIPE OF PURPLE KI KIA GU AKA CHINESE STEAMED GLUTINOUS CAKE ‎紫喜板食谱

Ingredients: 60 gram of plain flour 60 gram of cake flour 130 gram black glutinous rice flour 60 gram of sugar 1 tsp of yeast 150 gram of water 15 gram of oil Method: Add plain flour, cake flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, yeast in a big bowl. Add water slowly to (1), you might not need to use all the water. As all the flour has different water absorption level, hence, please add water slowly.  Add oil into the dough. Please note that the dough is very sticky, hence, please rub oil on both of you hands and weight each dough about 60 gram. Then place on a piece of (Pre-prepare) banana leaves. Ingredients: 187.5 gram of flour Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp of baking powder 35 gram of vegetable oil 125ml of water Method: 1. Hand knead the above ingredients until well combined. RECIPE OF STEAMED RICE CAKE WITH BLACK SESAME A.K.A PUT CHAI KO 砵仔糕食谱

Yield: 12 Steamed Cakes Ingredients: Flour Mixture • 45 gram of Rice Flour • 12 gram of Potato Starch • 12 gram of Wheat Starch • 65 gram of Water Sugar Water • 145 gram of Water • 20 gram of Brown Sugar • 40 gram of Gula Melaka ** I still think is sweet. If anyone want to try this, can reduce sugar further. ** Some Sesame Seeds for flavouring, or if you have red bean, you may add in as well. Method: 1) In a bowl,  rice flour, potato starch, wheat starch and water, stir until combined. 2) To make the sugar water, pour the water in a saucepan. add the brown sugar, and gula melaka, stir in the pan to dissolve the sugar completely. 3) Pour the hot sugar water to flour mixture and strain the batter until smooth and free of lumps. 4) Transfer the rice mixture into the prepared mini moulds. 5) Steam for 20 minutes @ high heat. RECIPE OF PUMPKIN KI KIA GU AKA CHINESE STEAMED GLUTINOUS CAKE ‎南瓜喜板‬食谱

Ingredients: 125 gram of Plain Flour 125 gram of Glutinous Rice Flour 75 gram of Castor Sugar 1 teaspoon of Yeast 100 gram of Pumpkin Puree 110 gram of Water ( + 10 gram of water if is too dry) 15 gram of Oil Yield 10 Ki Kia Gu - Each at 54 gram Method: Place all the above ingredients into bread maker and select dough mode for 15 minutes. Add oil after all the ingredients has fully incorporated. Take out the dough, straight away make ball shape and put the dough on a piece of banana leave. Proof open cover for 15-20 minutes. RECIPE OF BELGIAN WAFFLES (YEAST WAFFLES) 酵母窩夫食谱

Yield 4 Big Waffles Ingredients: 260 grams of All Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon of yeast 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 40 grams of Castor Sugar 2 large Eggs 420 ml of Milk 113 grams of Unsalted Butter 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Paste Method: Whisk together the ( Dry Ingredients ) flour, yeast, baking soda, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ( Wet Ingredients ) eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla paste. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight. Next morning, preheat your waffles machine, then pour one spoon by using your soup scoop in your waffle machine. RECIPE OF GLUTINOUS RICE TOP WITH GRATED COCONUT AKA PULUT INTI #椰丝糯米糕

Glutinous Rice 200 grams of glutinous rice 20 blue peas flowers (optional) 100 ml of package coconut milk 100 ml water + 10 ml water 6 Pandan Leaves Pinches of salt to taste Shredded coconuts 200 grams of freshly grated coconut (1 Coconut) 60 grams of palm sugar 40 grams of water 4 pieces of pandan leaves, bundled Others 12 pieces of banana leaves with the dimension of about 12 cm x 18 cm Method: 1. Soak glutinous rice in 100 ml of blue bea flower water for about 4 hours. (This is optional if you are using PPC. (Pressure Cooker) 2.
