AIRFRY CRISPY SALMON FISH SKIN (KETO FRIENDLY) 生酮香脆三文鱼皮

Dear friends, If you have realized, crispy fish skin is a snack trend now. We will see crispy fish skin snack everywhere nowadays. Not sure how many of you like these crispy snacks. But I heard the Salted egg yolks version are very addictive and also very expensive, it cost RM 35 per pack. (Really costly) In our family, we don't really eat salted egg. Hence i have came out with my own version of crispy fish skin. And most importantly, I know what type of ingredients I have added in and where my fish skins are from. I am delighted to share with all of you my version of Airfry Salmon Skin. I am very glad that I have got some Salmon skin from a vendor who air-flown their Salmon directly from Japan. I have bought 1 kg. Now I regret, should buy more instead of 1kg, as it is too delicious. You will not stop with only 1 piece. RECIPE FOR KUIH KERIA LABU (AIR FRY PUMPKIN DONUTS) 南瓜手环糕‬食谱 (空气炸锅)

Ingredients: 100 gram of pumpkin puree 27 gram of self raising flour 10 gram of rice flour One pinch of salt Sugar Coating 30 gram of sugar 1 teaspoon of water Method: Mix all the ingredients to form a dough. Each dough about 17 gram, roll in ball. Make it donut shape. Airfry at 180 C for 15 mins to 20 mins. As for the sugar coasting, cooking in the pan until caramelise, then put those donuts in, make sure all coated with sugar. RECIPE OF THAI SWEET AND SOUR DRUMSTICKS 泰式酸甜鸡腿

Ingredients: 3 chicken drumsticks 5 gloves of mince garlics 4 tablespoon of fish sauce 3 tablespoon of Thai sweet chilli sauce 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper Method: 1. Use the above sauce to marinate chicken drumsticks for about 2-3 hours. 2. Place the chicken drumsticks in airfryer @ 180 C for about 20 minutes. RECIPE FOR AIR FRY CURRY PUFFS 香脆健康咖哩角食谱

Ingredients for Pastry : 175 gram Plain Flour 50 gram Butter 55 gram Cold Water 1/4 teaspoon of Salt 1 teaspoon of Oil 1 Egg yolk for egg wash (optional) Ingredients for Fillings: 2 Potatoes Baba Curry Powder Mushroom Powder for Seasoning Method: 1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, add some water, seasoned with vegetarian Mushroom powder. Cooked in pressure cooker, Bean mode. Valve Sealed. 2.  As for the pastry, just mix everything from the ingredients and form a dough, place at your counter and let it rest for 20 minutes. 3. Divide the dough into 40 gram each, it yields 7 curry puffs. 4. Egg wash with egg yolk. (Optional) 5. Air fry in airfryer for 185 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes. RECIPE FOR AIR FRIED RICE BALLS WITH SEAWEED 炸饭团紫菜碎

Ingredients: Cooked Steamed Rice Seaweed Sesame Oil Olive Oil Soy Sauce Japanese Vinegar for Sushi 1 Egg Yolk Pepper Salt Method: A very easy recipe which everyone can do it. Just mixed everything together and rolled into balls. Coated it with egg yolk + bread crumb. Air fried in air fryer at 190 C for 20 minutes. RECIPE FOR AIRFRIED CREAM CRACKERS PORK BALL (NON HALAL) 香脆苏打饼肉丸

Ingredients: 224 gram of mince meat some carrots 2 gloves of garlic 2 gloves of  shallots 3 Chinese  mushroom 5 cream crackers (Smashed by using rolling pin) - can reduce to 3 cream crackers  Seasoning: 1 tsp of soy sauce 1 tsp of oyster sauce 1 tsp of sesame oil 1 tsp of mushroom powder 1 tbsp of Shao Xing cooking wine 1 tbsp of corn starch 1/4 tsp of salt some peppers Method:  1.
