RECIPE OF KETO FRIENDLY FLOURLESS FRIED RADISH CAKE

 


Ingredients:

  • 291g White radish
  • 1Tablespoon of Oil
  • 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
  • 1 drop of Stevia
  • 8g Sweetener
  • ¼ tsp Ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 15g Oat fiber
  • Psyllium
  • 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg
Method:
  1. Cook the grated radish with garlic and some dried shrimp (optional) until soft then set aside.
  2. In another bowl, weight Oat Fiber + Psyllium Husks. (Mix well)
  3. Beat 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg in a bowl until combine, add 1 drop of Stevia, and also pepper and salt.
  4. Add (3) to (2).
  5. Place in a heat proof container, wrap with cling foil, and steam for 30 minutes.
