Ingredients:
- 291g White radish
- 1Tablespoon of Oil
- 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- 1 drop of Stevia
- 8g Sweetener
- ¼ tsp Ground pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 15g Oat fiber
- Psyllium
- 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg
Method:
- Cook the grated radish with garlic and some dried shrimp (optional) until soft then set aside.
- In another bowl, weight Oat Fiber + Psyllium Husks. (Mix well)
- Beat 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg in a bowl until combine, add 1 drop of Stevia, and also pepper and salt.
- Add (3) to (2).
- Place in a heat proof container, wrap with cling foil, and steam for 30 minutes.
