RECIPE FOR HOME MADE PLAIN YOGURT 自制优格

Ingredients: 2 cups of low fat milk 1 teaspoon of yogurt with probiotics 1 teaspoon of milk powder (optional) - If you like thicker yougurt Method: 1. Boiled milk in a pot until bubble at side. Set aside until milk become warm. 2. Spoon 1 teaspoon of yogurt and mix with a bit of warm milk until well mixed. 3. Then pour (2) into (1). 4. Put in a yogurt maker for 8 hours. 5. After 8 hours, take it out and keep in the fridge for another 2  hours. 6. Serve with any of your favorite toppings. Why home made yogurt? 1. You know which milk is the best. 2. Homemade yogurt is a fermented food that delivers the beneficial probiotics you need for optimal gut health. What is probiotics? 1. RECIPE FOR 20 MINUTES PPC GLUTINOUS RICE WITH CHINESE SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOMS 气压锅腊肠香菇糯米饭

Ingredients: 1 cup of glutinous rice 1 cup of water 1 Chinese Sausages 6 small Chinese Mushroom Some dried shrimps Some fried scallops 2 gloves of garlics 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce Method: 1. Use bake mode to fried garlic until fragrance, followed by dried shrimps and dried scallops; then add Chinese sausage and mushrooms. Sauté with dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. 2. Add glutinous rice and 1 cup of water. 3. Then use steam mode for 20 minutes. Note: By sharing our experiences in baking, we could improve further the recipe. VEGETARIAN - PESCATARIAN (NO MEAT)

I have been a Pescatarian since June 2017. What is Pescatarian? The word “pescatarian” is occasionally used to describe those who abstain from eating all meat and animal flesh with the exception of seafood. If you opt for Pescatarian, I believe: Since June 2017: I take only vegetarian food in the morning. (You may refer to my FB page for some tips of your vegetarian breakfast/ salad ) I will bring food from home for my lunch. I take very LIGHT dinner. (You may PM me, if you wish to know more) I cut down all junk foods, which include potato chips. I don’t eat fast food. (but I still take French fries occasionally) I don’t eat store bought bread. ( ONLY HOME MADE , you may refer to my blog on my homemade bread ) I am still trying hard of not eating BISCUITS , as biscuits are considered as junk food. If you opt for the above, you’ll definitely feel healthier, less headaches and less sickness as well as increased energy levels. In long run, you may also improve your weigh

RECIPE FOR ASSORTED COCO BUNS 可可面包

For those who knew that my old BM has spoilt. I have got myself a new BM  . Same brand but different model. The new model is more compact and cute. Ingredients: 170 ml milk 1 egg 1teaspoon salt 210 gram of bread flour 40 gram of cake flour 2 tbsp Coco powder 3 tbsp sugar 1 teaspoon yeast 20 gram butter Method: 1. Mix milk and egg together, then place in the BM. (Liquid at the bottom) 2. Then followed by bread flour, cake flour and coco powder. 3. Place salt at one corner, and sugar at another corner. 4. Make a well, and put the yeast in. 5. Press dough mode and run for 20 minutes. 6. Place butter in. 7. Press dough mode again and run for another 20 minutes. 8. Then take out the dough and use hand knead method to knead for another 30 minutes until it passed the window pane test. 9. Then proof for 1 hour in the oven and cover with damp towel. 10. After 1 hour, punch out the air and shape any of your prefered shape. 11. Rest for another 1 hour

RECIPE OF PINK POLKA DOTS SOY MILK SWISS ROLL 粉红点点豆奶瑞士卷

Ingredients: 3 egg yolks 50 gram unsweetened soy milk 40 gram vegetable oil 70 gram self raising flour 3 egg whites 40 gram sugar Method: Mixed soy milk with vegetable oil, until well mix; Then fold the self raising flour in; Followed by 3 egg yolks; Then beat the egg whites and sugar until soft peak. Take 3 tablespoon of the batter and add some pink colour. Put the batter in the piping bag. And pipe out polka dots. Baked in the preheated oven for 1 minutes @ 170 C Then take the tray out. Pour the balance of the batter in your tray. Baked in the oven for 20 minutes @ 170 C. Take the cake out. Roll the cake up in the parchment while it’s still warm. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. RECIPE OF HAND KNEAD WHITE LOAF 手揉白面包食谱

Ingredients: Tang Zhong Bread Flour 17 gram Cold Water 85 gram Bread Dough Tang Zhong Bread Flour 220 gram Cake Flour 10 gram Milk Powder 20 gram Yeast 1 teaspoon Castor Sugar 25 gram Salt 1/4 teaspoon Unsalted Butter 25 gram 1 Whole Egg 50 ml Fresh Milk Method: 1.Heat bread flour and cold water in a pan until gluey. Set aside. 2.Add item (1) and the bread dough ingredients, exclude butter. 3.Use dough mode to beat the dough for 20 minutes. 4.Add in butter and run for another 20 minutes. (I realised my BM is not functioning after this step, as my dough still sticky, have no choice but HAND KNEAD) 4.I have used hand knead method for about 30 minutes until passed the window pane test. 5.Proof for 1 hour or double its size. 6.After one hour, when your bread dough has doubled its size, punched down to deflate the dough and releases the air and rolled again (Like how you rolled your Swiss Roll). 7.Then plac
