RECIPE OF MARMITE CHICKEN BY USING PPC

Ingredients : Marinate : 150 g chicken meat 1⁄2 tbsp soy sauce 2 1⁄2 tbsp corn flour 200 ml oil Marmite Mixture: 1 tbsp water 1⁄2 tbsp marmite 5 tsp honey 1⁄2 tbsp shaoxing wine Method: 1. Marinate chicken overnight; 2. Fried chicken with baked chicken mode. 3. Mix marmite mixture which suit your taste, can add more marmite if acquire. 4. Baked mode marmite mixture until thicken. 5. RECIPE OF MOIST CHOCOLATE MUFFINS 巧克力玛芬食谱

  Ingredients:  115 gram of self raising flour (If using cake flour or plain flour, please add 1 tsp of baking soda + 1 tsp of baking powder) 15 gram of cocoa powder Pinch of Salt 80 gram of chocolate chips 50 gram sugar 57 gram butter 50 gram egg 120 ml of milk + 1/2 tbsp of ACV 1 tsp of Vanilla essence 185 C for 20 minutes. Method: Preheat oven @ 185C. In a whisk bowl, whisk eggs, follow by melted butter, milk + ACV, vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt. Stir in Chocolate chips. Make a well in the dry ingredients, then pour wet ingredients in. Do not over mix the batter. Bake for 20 minutes. RECIPE OF MINI BANANA BUNDT CAKE (TO KEEP RECIPE)

In this post, I am going to share with all of you the Mini Banana Bundt Cake, which is very moist! This is a very straightforward  Mini Banana Bundt Cake , i am not going to post a long post on this, please find below ingredients: Ingredients: 192 gram of cake flour 1 tsp of baking soda Pinch of salt 113.4 of melted butter 180 gram of sugar 1 tsp of vanilla essence 50 gram of whole egg  2 ripe banana 122.5 gram (whipping cream + milk powder + fresh milk) or yogurt. Method: Mashed banana. Sift cake flour and baking soda. Set aside. In a stand mixer, add eggs. Medium speed for 1 minute, then increase to the highest speed for 2 minutes. Eggs are now foamy. Add sugar and beat at the highest speed for 3 minutes. Add 122.5 gram of liquid and banana in, and use spatula and fold for 3 times. Then divide butter into 2 parts and flour into 3 parts. Fold the butter and flour in the sequence of butter - flour - flour - butter - flour. Baked @ 175 C for 2o minutes. #minibundtcakes   #minibundt   #b

The day before, I have successfully baked a loaf of Keto Yeasted Bread which tasted like Whole meal Bread. Please find below ingredients: Dry Ingredients: 360 gram of Almond Flour 3 tbsp of Psyllium Husks 4 tsp of Baking Powder 1 teaspoon of Sweetener (Monk Fruit) 3 tsp of yeast Wet Ingredients: 180ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk 3 whole Eggs 56 gram of Butter Method: For Keto bread, is very straightforward, mix the wet ingredients in 1 bowl, in a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Then combine both and make a dough. I have divided the dough into 3 and place in my bread pan. Let it proof inside the oven for 1 hour.
