RECIPE FOR 20 MINUTES PPC GLUTINOUS RICE WITH CHINESE SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOMS 气压锅腊肠香菇糯米饭


Ingredients:
1 cup of glutinous rice
1 cup of water
1 Chinese Sausages
6 small Chinese Mushroom
Some dried shrimps
Some fried scallops
2 gloves of garlics
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

Method:

1. Use bake mode to fried garlic until fragrance, followed by dried shrimps and dried scallops; then add Chinese sausage and mushrooms. Sauté with dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.

2. Add glutinous rice and 1 cup of water.

3. Then use steam mode for 20 minutes.
