RECIPE FOR ASSORTED COCO BUNS 可可面包



For those who knew that my old BM has spoilt. I have got myself a new BM . Same brand but different model. The new model is more compact and cute.

Ingredients:

170 ml milk
1 egg
1teaspoon salt
210 gram of bread flour
40 gram of cake flour
2 tbsp Coco powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
20 gram butter

Method:


1. Mix milk and egg together, then place in the BM. (Liquid at the bottom)
2. Then followed by bread flour, cake flour and coco powder.
3. Place salt at one corner, and sugar at another corner.
4. Make a well, and put the yeast in.
5. Press dough mode and run for 20 minutes.
6. Place butter in.
7. Press dough mode again and run for another 20 minutes.
8. Then take out the dough and use hand knead method to knead for another 30 minutes until it passed the window pane test.
9. Then proof for 1 hour in the oven and cover with damp towel.
10. After 1 hour, punch out the air and shape any of your prefered shape.
11. Rest for another 1 hour or until it has became double its size.
12. Baked at the preheated oven for 18 minutes @ 175 C
