RECIPE OF MINI BANANA BUNDT CAKE (TO KEEP RECIPE)



In this post, I am going to share with all of you the Mini Banana Bundt Cake, which is very moist!

This is a very straightforward Mini Banana Bundt Cake, i am not going to post a long post on this, please find below ingredients:

Ingredients:

192 gram of cake flour

1 tsp of baking soda

Pinch of salt

113.4 of melted butter

180 gram of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla essence

50 gram of whole egg 

2 ripe banana

122.5 gram (whipping cream + milk powder + fresh milk) or yogurt.

Method:

  1. Mashed banana.
  2. Sift cake flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, add eggs. Medium speed for 1 minute, then increase to the highest speed for 2 minutes. Eggs are now foamy. Add sugar and beat at the highest speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Add 122.5 gram of liquid and banana in, and use spatula and fold for 3 times.
  5. Then divide butter into 2 parts and flour into 3 parts.
  6. Fold the butter and flour in the sequence of butter - flour - flour - butter - flour.
  7. Baked @ 175 C for 2o minutes.
