RECIPE OF BAKED KETO BAGELS

 


Ingredients:

Yield 5

32 gram of Coconut Flour 
1 tsp of baking powder
170 gram of Mozzarella cheese 
3/4 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum 
1 whole egg

Method:

  1. Mix coconut flour, baking powder, xanthum gum.

  2. Melt Mozzarella Cheese in Microwave for 30 seconds.

  3. Then mixed cheese into (1)

  4. Then add egg. Form a dough. Divided into 5 parts.

  5. Baked @ 150 C for 20 minutes.
