RECIPE FOR AIR FRY CURRY PUFFS 香脆健康咖哩角食谱


Ingredients for Pastry:

175 gram Plain Flour
50 gram Butter
55 gram Cold Water
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Oil

1 Egg yolk for egg wash (optional)

Ingredients for Fillings:

2 Potatoes
Baba Curry Powder
Mushroom Powder for Seasoning

Method:

1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, add some water, seasoned with vegetarian Mushroom powder. Cooked in pressure cooker, Bean mode. Valve Sealed.

2.  As for the pastry, just mix everything from the ingredients and form a dough, place at your counter and let it rest for 20 minutes.

3. Divide the dough into 40 gram each, it yields 7 curry puffs.

4. Egg wash with egg yolk. (Optional)

5. Air fry in airfryer for 185 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes.

  1. Do they taste similar to fried curry puffs?
    Any pastry will do in the Air fryer? I trued to airfry before but didnt seem to work
