Peg's Cottage Signature Curry Potato Chicken Ingredients: 300 gram of Chicken 3 potatoes (Omit Potato if you are on KETO) 15 curry leaves 3 cloves of garlic 4 French Beans (May add some other vegetables of your own liking) 1 Shallot 10 tablespoon of Light Olive Oil 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 pack of Kara Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cup of water (Depends on how thick you want your curry to be) 1 teaspoon of Organic Mushroom Powder 6 tablespoon of Baba Curry Powder Method: Heat oil at baked - chicken mode. Add garlic, shallot and curry leaves cook until fragrance. About 2-3 minutes. Then add chicken and potatoes.  Follow by Curry powder, salt and mushroom powder.  Stir until chicken and potato are well combined with the curry powder. Then add coconut milk + water.
