SIMPLE AND FAST PPC RECIPE FOR CURRY CHICKEN 简易压力气压锅咖哩鸡

Peg's Cottage Signature Curry Potato Chicken

Ingredients:

300 gram of Chicken
3 potatoes (Omit Potato if you are on KETO)
15 curry leaves
3 cloves of garlic
4 French Beans (May add some other vegetables of your own liking)
1 Shallot
10 tablespoon of Light Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 pack of Kara Coconut Milk
1 1/2 cup of water (Depends on how thick you want your curry to be)
1 teaspoon of Organic Mushroom Powder
6 tablespoon of Baba Curry Powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil at baked - chicken mode. Add garlic, shallot and curry leaves cook until fragrance. About 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then add chicken and potatoes. 
  3. Follow by Curry powder, salt and mushroom powder. 
  4. Stir until chicken and potato are well combined with the curry powder.
  5. Then add coconut milk + water.
  6. I am using my pressure cooker to cook this curry chicken. Chicken/Duck Mode. Valve sealed. START.
