MUAR MEE SIPUT - 炸香脆黄面

Muar is the Royal City of Sultan Johor. I am a Muarian who grown up with all the delicious food, from Mee Bandung, Asam fish, Otak- Otak, Mee Siput etc. Mee Siput might looks NORMAL and NOT SPECIAL. But, trust me, once you taste it, you will know what i mean. I am very lucky to have a Muar Colleague who sent these Mee Siput to me this morning which were freshly fried by his wife. It brings back lot of memories. If you are not from Muar - Mee Siput is a snack which made from yellow noodle. We will fried these yellow noodle and eat with Sambal Yang Sangat Pedas. For those who never try before, if you happen to be in Muar, please buy one and try. You can buy those ready fried or raw. You will never REGRET. As it taste REAL GOOD.
