RECIPE OF LOW CARB HOMEMADE YOGURT

 


Ingredients:

1 Cup or 240ml of Fresh Milk
1 Tbsp of No Sugar Added Yogurt with Probiotic
1 Drop of Stevia (Optional)


Method:
  1. Boil fresh milk until bubbled.
  2. Set aside until the fresh milk has became worm.
  3. Add in yogurt.
  4. stir until well combined.
  5. Pour into a glass container.
  6. Incubate in your warmer, yogurt maker, pressure cooker for at least 8 hours.
  7. Then keep in the fridge.
  8. Served with any nuts or berries of your choice.
