RECIPE OF ORANGE CHIFFON CAKE (PRESSURE COOKER RECIPE) 香橙戚风食谱 (气压锅食谱)



Ingredients:

4 egg yolks
87 gram of milk
50 gram oil
90 gram self raising flour
12 gram sugar
1 teaspoon of orange paste + 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste

Meringue
4 egg whites
48 gram sugar
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice

Method:
  1. Whisk egg yolks, sugar, corn oil, milk until well combined.
  2. Then fold flour in with spatula.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peak. (Together with Lemon Juice)
  4. Fold egg whites in egg yolks batter by 3 batches. (Do not overmix)
  5. Baked @ PPC for 59 minutes.
  6. Once cooked,Tap cake pan from high once to prevent shrinkage.
