(KETO FRIENDLY) PANDAN KAYA BREAD SPREAD 生酮香兰加椰酱


The reason i am making this pandan kaya is because i am a kaya person and those kaya selling has all kinds of funny ingredients in it. Hence, i used my wonder pot to make this 4 ingredients pandan kaya for my own consumption, as my husband and kids doesn't like kaya.

I love the colour of my pandan kaya as the green is so vibrant and i know there is no colouring or any artificial ingredients in it.

Ingredients:

200 ml of Kara Coconut Cream
1 tablespoon of Lakanto
2 Egg Yolks
Few Pandan leaves

Method:
  1. Blend pandan leaves and coconut cream.
  2. Squeeze out the pandan coconut juice.
  3. Pour the pandan coconut juice in your ppc at bake mode then add lakanto, stir until the lakanto has dissolved in pandan coconut juice.
  4. Select warm mode. Keep stirring. 
  5. Then select Baked Vegetables Mode again. Keep stirring. 
  6. Stir until kaya has thicken. (About 5 minutes) 
  7. Off PPC. 
  8. At this stage, please do not panic and the liquid  has become lumpy.
  9. Pour the liquid in your blender and smooth it.
  10. Pour kaya in a glass container, wait until it is completely cool and keep in the fridge.
