RECIPE OF KETO FRIENDLY BROWNIES 生酮布朗尼食谱



Ingredients:

80 gram of Coconut Flour
20 gram of Cacao Powder
30 gram of Lakanto Sweetener
100 gram of Pure Ghee
46 gram of Virgin Coconut Oil
3 egg Yolks
3 Egg Whites
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Method:

  1. Mix coconut flour, cacao powder, pure ghee, coconut oil, egg yolks in a big mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Beat egg whites with lakanto sweetener until firm peak.
  3. Fold egg whites into (1) mixture.
  4. Spread evenly on a tray, then sprinkle some unsweetened shredded coconut on top the cake.
  5. Baked @ preheated 175 C oven for 25-30 minutes.
