RECIPE FOR SESAME MANTOU/ CHINESE STEAMED BUNS 黑芝麻馒头/黑芝麻包子



Ingredients:

Sesame powder 65 gram
Pau flour 140 gram
Milk 50 gram
Yeast 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 10 gram

Method:
  1. Place all the above ingredients in your BM.
  2. Select the dough button and run for 15 minutes.
  3. Stop the BM.
  4. Then add a few drops of oil.
  5. Select dough again, then run for another 10 minutes.
  6. Until your Pau dough is shiny.
  7. Proof the dough for about 30 minutes.
  8. Shape any of your desired shapes.
  9. Proof for 20 minutes.
  10. Steamed at the steamer for 14 minutes.
  11. Served immediately, or can store in the freezer.
