RECIPE OF ORANGE CHIFFON CAKE (I "HEART" MY NEW MOULD FROM JAPAN) 香橙戚风蛋糕食谱




Ingredients:

3 egg yolks
40 ml fresh squeezed orange juice
1 orange zest
1/4 teaspoon of salt
15ml of oil
60 gram of plain flour
3 egg whites
42 gram of sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Method:

1. Mix egg yolk, orange juice and oil until well combined.
2. Add orange zest.
3. Add Salt
2. Add plain flour.
3. Beat egg whites + cream of tartar with sugar until firm peak.
4. Baked @ 130 C for 60 minutes, 2nd lower rack.
