1 chicken breast cut into cubes
Batter for frying

Orange Sauce:
1/4 cup orange juice1/2 teaspoon orange zest
3 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of vegetarian mushroom powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon of Vietnamese sour sauce
1 teaspoon corn starch
Pinch of salt

Method:
- Cut chicken breast into cubes.
- Mix the batter for frying, then dip the chicken cubes in the batter. Place in the airfryer @ 200 C for about 20 minutes or golden brown.
- Place 1 tablespoon of oil in your pan. Add garlic. Saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add in orange sauce, then cook until it has caramelized (not too watery), then add the fried chicken cubes in. Stir until well combine.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
- Serve with steamed rice.
