Cake Pan - 7 1/2 Inch
Ingredients:
195 gram of plain flour
200 gram of castor sugar
25 gram of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
75 gram of unsalted butter
240ml of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
Chocolate Ganache
170 semi-sweet chocolate chips
180ml heavy cream
13 gram of butter
Method:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
2. Then combine both and mix until well combined.
3. Baked @ 180 C preheated oven for 45 minutes.
4. As for Chocolate Ganache, boil heavy cream with butter until butter has fully melted, then pour into chocolate chips and stir until all the chocolate chips have fully melted. You can prepare one day in advance. And keep in room temperature, so that the Chocolate Ganache will firm up a bit, then you can spread on cake easily.
