If you are interested in making this Chinese Steamed Glutinous Cake AKA Ki Kia Gu AKA Xi Ban.
Ingredients:
150 gram of Plain Flour
100 gram of Glutinous Rice Flour
60 gram of Castor Sugar
1 teaspoon of Yeast
190 gram of Water

1 drop of Red Colour
15 gram of Oil
Yield 6 Ki Kia Gu - Each at 80 gram
Method:

Method:
- Place all the above ingredients into a big mixing bowl.
- Add oil after all the ingredients have fully incorporated.
- Rub hand with oil.
- Take out the dough, straight away make a ball shape and put the dough on a piece of banana leaves.
- Proof open cover for 35 minutes. When you touch the dough, it has become springy, means it has done proofing.
- Steamed for 13 minutes using cold water.
