RECIPE OF ALKALINE GLUTINOUS RICE DUMPLINGS WITH RED BEAN PASTE #红豆枧水粽


Ingredients:
1 bowl of glutinous rice
2 teaspoon of Alkaline water
Bamboo leaves (8cm)
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Method:

1. Soak glutinous rice for at least 4 hours.

2. Drained the water then add 1 teaspoon of olive oil + 2 teaspoon of Alkaline water. Leave for another 30 minutes.

3.To wrap dumpling, make a cone shape with 1 piece of bamboo leave. Cover filling with glutinous rice, then some homemade red bean paste, then add some more glutinous rice on top.

4.Fold into a triangular shape. Secure wrapping with strings. Then, use PPC to boil rice dumplings for 30 minutes (Steam Mode). Once ready, allow access water to drip from the dumplings.

5. You can dip the Alkaline glutinous rice dumplings into homemade kaya as well.
