RECIPE OF SOFT PRETZEL BITES (NO SUGAR)


Ingredients:

210 gram of All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon of Instant Yeast
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
14 gram of Unsalted Butter
30 gram of Baking Soda
1 Egg (for Egg Wash)
177 ml of Warm Water

Method:
  1. Add warm water into flour, salt and yeast.
  2. Followed by butter.
  3. Leave it to proof for about an hour.
  4. Punch down the air and rolled into ball shape.
  5. Cooked a pot of water by adding baking soda.
  6. Put the bread dough (ball shape) into the baking soda for 30 second.
  7. Then drain it up and put at your baking tray.
  8. Brush the dough with some egg wash and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese/ Italian spices.
  9. You may cut a cross on top the dough to make it nicer.
  10. Bake at the preheated oven for 218 C for 180 minutes.
