150 grams of Gao Fen
140 grams of icing sugar (Can reduce to 100 gram)
220 grams of Cold Water. (From Fridge)
20 grams of Vegetable Oil
Few drops of Pandan Emulco
Pandan Water - 1/2 teaspoon of Pandan Emulco and mix with 1 tablespoon of Water. (For Brushing)
Few Drops of Banana Flavour
1-2 tablespoons of Gao Fen for dusting
Method:
1. Mix Icing sugar into cold water, followed by oil, Pandan Emulco and Banana Flavour. Whisk until
all the Sugar dissolve.

2. Add Gao Fen in and make it a dough.
3. Put the dough in a plastic bag and roll by using rolling pin.
4. Brush Pandan Water.
