Cake Pan:
7" Inch Round Pan
Ingredients:
50 gram Oil
70 gram Self Raising Flour
70ml Milk
5 Egg Yolks + 1 Whole Egg
Meringue:
5 Egg Whites
70 gram Castor Sugar
Few Drops of Lemon Juice
Method:
1. Heat oil in your pan.
2. Then mix your oil into your flour and use whisk to mix.
3. Then followed by milk and egg yolks.
4. Beat egg whites until soft peak.
5. Baked (Hot Water Bath) at the preheated oven for 170 C for 20 minutes, then 150 C for 60 minutes.
