RECIPE OF ECONOMY FRIED MIHUN (RICE VERMICELLI) 经济炒米粉


Ingredients:

300 gram of Rice Vermicelli
3 tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
Some Beansprout
Chinese sausages
3 eggs (To fried in Advance - Optional)
1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil
Some garlics

Method:

1. To soak the rice vermicelli in the mixture of dark soy sauce + oyster sauce + light soy sauce + sesame oil. Add water until the water is enough to cover the rice Vermicelli.
2. Let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
3. Heat oil and fried garlics,  drain the Rice Vermicelli and fried. (Please keep the sauce water).
4. Add the sauce water bit by bit, until it comes to your prefer texture.
5. Add Chinese sausages.
6. Add bean sprouts.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Top with some fried eggs. (Optional)
8. Serve while hot as breakfast, lunch or dinner.
