RECIPE OF BANANA CAKE 香蕉蛋糕食谱

Ingredients:

3 Whole Eggs

100 gram of Sugar

200 gram of Banana

150 gram Self Raising Flour

100 gram Corn Oil

1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

Method:

1. Beat whole eggs, sugar, vanilla essence until ribbon stage. (About 10-13 minutes at High Speed)

2. Fold flour and oil alternatively until finished.

3. Baked at the preheated oven for 45 minutes:

•  140 C - Lower Heat for 5 minutes.
•  145 C - Lower and Upper Heat for 12 minutes.
•  155 C - Lower and Upper Heat for the remaining time or until when your skewer come out clean.
