RECIPE FOR ORIGINAL SWISS ROLL 原味瑞士蛋糕卷食谱


Ingredients:

3 egg yolks
50 gram milk
40 gram vegetable oil
70 gram self raising flour
3 egg whites
40 gram sugar

Method:

  1. Mixed milk with vegetable oil, until well mix;
  2. Then fold the self raising flour in;
  3. Followed by 3 egg yolks;
  4. Then beat the egg whites and sugar until soft peak.
  5. Fold egg yolks batter into meringue. (Do not Over fold)
  6. Pour the batter in your tray.
  7. Baked in the oven for 20 minutes @ 170 C.
  8. Take the cake out. Roll the cake up in the parchment while it’s still warm.
  9. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  10. Best to serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
