RECIPE FOR KO CHAR BE ORIGINAL CHEESY CAKE 古早味之士蛋糕



Ingredients:

5 large egg yolks
75 gram of cake flour
90 gram Unsweetened Soya Milk
50 gram Corn oil
25 gram Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Salt

Meringue:

5 Egg Whites
60 gram of Sugar
Few drops of Lemon Juice

Method:

1. Heat oil at your pan.
2. Mix cake flour and salt in the oil.
3. Followed by Cheese.
3. Then Soya milk.
5. Then add egg yolks.
6. Batter is quite runny at this stage.
7. Beat egg white and sugar until soft peak.Until the tip of egg whites curl when beaters are lifted.
8. Baked (Hot Water Bath) at the preheated oven of 130 C for 30 minutes, followed by 135 C for 15 minutes, then 140 C for another 15 minutes. 
9. Dry baked for 5 minutes.
