STEAMED NO FLOUR OREO & CREAM CRACKERS LAYERED CAKE - 蒸奥利奥苏打饼层蛋糕



Dear all, please note that:

If the batter is too dry, please add more oil (+-10g), as some of the cream crackers has more oil, if you happen to buy those cream crackers without oil, then you might need to add more oil. 

My version of steamed layered cake is less sweet, if you have a sweet tooth, you may want to add more sugar.
