Ingrediants:
200g of flour
110g of caster sugar
80g of butter
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg
Few raisins
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
2. Mix flour and baking soda. Set aside.
3. Beat sugar and butter.
4. Add egg.
5. Wrap dough with cling wrapper and put inside the fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Take dough out after 30 minutes.
7. Roll it into ball shape and add in some raisins.
8. Use finger to press.
9. Use Fork to design.
10. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
