(DEC 2013) BUTTER CAKE - 奶油蛋糕

Recipe of Butter Cake

Ingrediants:

250g of unsalted butter in room temperature
200g of plain flour
1 table spoon of baking powder
200g of caster sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 table spoon of fresh milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Grease pan with butter.
3. Mix flour and baking powder together.Add salt. Set aside.
4. Mix butter and sugar until pale yellow.
5. Add eggs. Beat well until creamy.
6. Scape down the side for even mixing.
7. Add vanilla essence.
8. Add in fresh milk.
9. Pour mixture into pan.
10. Bake until golden brown for about 40 minutes.
11. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
