I have been wanted to bake KUIH BAHULU, but no time; since i have a little time last weekend, Tadaa.....
Simple Ingredients:
1. 110gm flour;
2. 130gm Caster Sugar;
3. ½ Table Spoon of Baking Powder;
4. 4 eggs (cold from the fridge)
a) Preheat the oven to 200°C for few minutes.
b) Beat the eggs in a bowl with caster sugar until it became ribbon.
c) Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
d) Then pour item (b) into (a) slowly and mix it well till all well mixed.
e) Use spoon to scoop the mixture into paper cups, 70% - 80% full just nice. (As I can’t find the traditional kuih bahulu mould)
f) Then put in the tray in the oven, let it bakes for 15 minutes or less.
Note:By sharing our experiences in baking, we could improve further the recipe. Hence i would appreciate if you could kindly link back your baking experiences to my blog for sharing and further improvement.
