RECIPE OF KETO FRIENDLY FLOURLESS FRIED RADISH CAKE

  Ingredients: 291g White radish 1Tablespoon of Oil 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic 1 drop of Stevia 8g Sweetener ¼ tsp Ground pepper ¼ tsp Salt 15g Oat fiber Psyllium 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg Method: Cook the grated radish with garlic and some dried shrimp (optional) until soft then set aside. In another bowl, weight Oat Fiber + Psyllium Husks. (Mix well) Beat 1 Egg White + 1 Whole Egg in a bowl until combine, add 1 drop of Stevia, and also pepper and salt. Add (3) to (2). Place in a heat proof container, wrap with cling foil, and steam for 30 minutes. RECIPE OF MARMITE CHICKEN BY USING PPC

Ingredients : Marinate : 150 g chicken meat 1⁄2 tbsp soy sauce 2 1⁄2 tbsp corn flour 200 ml oil Marmite Mixture: 1 tbsp water 1⁄2 tbsp marmite 5 tsp honey 1⁄2 tbsp shaoxing wine Method: 1. Marinate chicken overnight; 2. Fried chicken with baked chicken mode. 3. Mix marmite mixture which suit your taste, can add more marmite if acquire. 4. Baked mode marmite mixture until thicken. 5. (KETO FRIENDLY RECIPE) RECIPE OF TEA SMOKED CHICKEN 烟熏鸡胸肉 (生酮版)

Ingredients: (Steamed Chicken) 1 Chicken Breast Pink Salt Shao Xing Wine Few Slices of Ginger (Smoked Chicken) Steamed Chicken Breast Aluminium Foil 1 tablespoon of flour 1 tablespoon of tea leaves 1 tablespoon of sugar Method: Use PPC to steam chicken breast at steam mode for 10 minutes. Take out the steamed chicken, wait for a while until it dry. Now is the SMOKE part, use a wok with cover (better to use black and old pot), line your pot with aluminium foil, followed by mixed flour, tea leaves and sugar on top the aluminium foil (These will create the smoke aroma, hence you can use any of your favorite tea leaves, for me i am using Vietnamese Lotus Tea Leave). Today mark my 357th day of my keto Journey, and i would like to share this Keto Moist Chocolate Cake with all of you. Personally i like this cake ,as it taste very chocolaty. If you want something quick, easy and nutrition recipe for chicken breast, you can try the below recipe. I have my super nutrition pulled chicken with broth within 50 minutes. Just place everything in after i got back from work. After 50 minutes, i have this pulled chicken with broth. Can keep the soup as broth, then serve the chicken as main course, and side with some salad/ or can be salad wrap. SIMPLE AND FAST PPC RECIPE FOR CURRY CHICKEN 简易压力气压锅咖哩鸡

Peg's Cottage Signature Curry Potato Chicken Ingredients: 300 gram of Chicken 3 potatoes (Omit Potato if you are on KETO) 15 curry leaves 3 cloves of garlic 4 French Beans (May add some other vegetables of your own liking) 1 Shallot 10 tablespoon of Light Olive Oil 1 teaspoon of Salt 1 pack of Kara Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cup of water (Depends on how thick you want your curry to be) 1 teaspoon of Organic Mushroom Powder 6 tablespoon of Baba Curry Powder Method: Heat oil at baked - chicken mode. Add garlic, shallot and curry leaves cook until fragrance. About 2-3 minutes. Ingredients: 2 Potatoes 2 chicken ham 2 hard boiled eggs Salad Dressing: 3 tbsp of Mayonnaise 1 tsp of lemon juice 1/2 tbsp of Mustard Sauce (Optional) 1 tsp of Italian herbs Method: Boiled potatoes and eggs for 15 minutes. Peeled potatoes and eggs. Set aside. Dry fried ham for about 3 minutes. (This step is optional, as ham already cooked) Combine salad dressing and mixed well. RECIPE OF SPINACH AND MINCE MEAT LASAGNA 菠菜千层面食谱

Ingredients: 2 tbsp of cooking oil 4 gloves of garlic 4 shallot 200 gram of mince pork/ mince chicken 2 tomato, chopped 10 tbsp of Prego Sauce (any flovour) 1 tsp of Italian mixed herbs 1 tbsp of sugar 1/2 cup of water Some Spinach Lasagna Skin Cheddar Cheese Method: Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Add garlic and shallot. Add in mince meat/ mince chicken, cooking until fragrance. Mixed tomato, Prego sauce, Italian herbs, sugar, water in a big bowl. Then pour into wok. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside. Boil spinach until soft. Drained. Set aside. Then layer lasagna skin, spinach and mince meat/ mince chicken sauce in oven safe plate. Please note that i am using those instant lasagna skin. Hence, do not need to boil in advance. Top the lasagna with a layer of cheese. Put in oven for 170 C for about 40 minutes. RECIPE OF PPC HOMEMADE EGG BEAN CURD

Cover pan with foil  Ingredients : 6 eggs 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cornflour 400ml (unsweetened) homemade soya milk Method : Break eggs into a mixing bowl & beat thoroughly with a balloon whisk. Once the eggs are well-beaten, slowly add in soya milk whilst continually mixing. Add in salt & cornflour. Whisk till everything is well-combined. Pour the mixture through a strainer/sieve into another bowl to remove any lumps & thick bits. Then pour the mixture through a strainer/sieve again into baking pan. Cover with foil & secure tightly around the sides. Add in 2 cups water into PPC pot & put in steaming rack. Put baking pan onto the steaming rack. Set PPC @ Steam Mode & valve @ SEAL. Ingredients: 3 chicken drumsticks 5 gloves of mince garlics 4 tablespoon of fish sauce 3 tablespoon of Thai sweet chilli sauce 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper Method: 1.
