AN ARTICLE WHICH MIGHT CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER

I am not selling or promoting any products here. But in this article, i would like to share with all of you on how to motivate yourself by starting your day earlier daily. I remember there is 1 quote during MCO: if you didn't achieve anything during the MCO period, means you are wasting your time! First, what time will you wake up in the morning? Did you know that many of the successful CEOs like Tim Cook, chief executive officer of Apple, Ellevest CEO and co-founder Sallie Krawcheck, wake up at 4am in the morning? Think back, what are you gaining by sleeping? What would you accomplish by sleep? The answer is NOTHING . When you sleep well at night, your biology clock will tells you to wake up even you have only 5 hours of sleep. These days, i go to bed at 10.30pm and wake up as early as 4am in the morning and i feel fresh,  i will prepare breakfast and lunch boxes for my kids, make my own breakfast, my daily cardio, shower, wake kids up and send them to school.

WHY ARE WE GIVING OUR SELF EXCUSES FOR NOT EATING HEALTHY?

Below are some common excuses which we normally will say to ourselves: I’ll start tomorrow. Or Monday. Or next week. The problem is that tomorrow never seems to arrive. One bite won’t hurt. That may be true, but one bite often turns into two, and then a full serving. I’m too hungry.  I deserve a break . Of course we do, just do within the boundaries will do. As for me, i will give myself a break when if is only Mum's love, that cannot be avoided. Or my birthday, but i will choose the food which has high nutrients for my body. Remember high carb food or sugary beverage is not going to make you feel better for more than a few seconds, and it certainly will not solve any problems. I already blew it for today.
