RECIPE OF BELGIAN WAFFLES (YEAST WAFFLES) 酵母窩夫食谱


Yield 4 Big Waffles

Ingredients:

260 grams of All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
40 grams of Castor Sugar
2 large Eggs
420 ml of Milk
113 grams of Unsalted Butter
1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Paste

Method:
  1. Whisk together the (Dry Ingredients) flour, yeast, baking soda, salt and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the (Wet Ingredients) eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla paste.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Next morning, preheat your waffles machine, then pour one spoon by using your soup scoop in your waffle machine. For my waffle machine, it takes about 7 minutes to make one waffle.
