RECIPE FOR MILO CHIFFON CAKE 美禄戚风蛋糕食谱





Ingredients:
3 Egg Yolks
50 gram Milo in Can
40 gram Vegetable Oil
70 gram Plain Flour
3 Egg Whites
40 gram Sugar

Method:
  1. Mixed egg yolks into Milo + vegetable oil, until well mix;
  2. Then fold the plain flour in;
  3. Then beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff peak. (When you overturn your bowl, your egg white will not fall)
  4. Baked at the preheated oven 130 C for 1 hour 15 minutes.
  5. Take the cake out. Tap at your counter twice. Turn it upside down.
  6. It will unmould by itself.
  7. Best to serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
