(DEC 2013) BUTTER COOKIES WITH RAISINS - 葡萄干奶油饼干

Ingrediants : 200g of flour 110g of caster sugar 80g of butter 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 egg Few raisins Method : 1. Preheat oven to 200 C. 2. Mix flour and baking soda. Set aside. 3. Beat sugar and butter. 4. Add egg. 5. Wrap dough with cling wrapper and put inside the fridge for 30 minutes. 6. Take dough out after 30 minutes. 7. Roll it into ball shape and add in some raisins. 8. Use finger to press. 9. Use Fork to design. 10. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

(DEC 2013) BUTTER CAKE - 奶油蛋糕

Recipe of Butter Cake Ingrediants : 250g of unsalted butter in room temperature 200g of plain flour 1 table spoon of baking powder 200g of caster sugar 4 eggs 1/2 teaspoon of salt 4 table spoon of fresh milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Method : 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. Grease pan with butter. 3. Mix flour and baking powder together.Add salt. Set aside. 4. Mix butter and sugar until pale yellow. 5. Add eggs. Beat well until creamy. 6. Scape down the side for even mixing. 7. Add vanilla essence. 8. Add in fresh milk. 9. Pour mixture into pan. 10. Bake until golden brown for about 40 minutes. 11. Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm. Note:By sharing our experiences in baking, we could improve further the recipe.
